3D Design and Prototyping #
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, enables the creation of objects layer by layer from digital models. This technology allows for direct design-to-production without the need for traditional machining or molds, significantly accelerating the product development cycle. At Living Fountain, we utilize advanced 3D printing to produce prototypes after finalizing the design with our clients. These prototypes assist in confirming product dimensions, packaging, labels, and gift boxes, streamlining the R&D process and enhancing production efficiency.
In line with our commitment to environmental responsibility, we use PLA (Polylactic Acid) derived from corn starch for 3D printing. This eco-friendly material offers high output stability and easy support removal, contributing to more sustainable and efficient prototyping.

Molding and Samples #
Living Fountain provides fully customized molding services. Clients can present their development needs, samples, or ideas, which are then refined through discussions to determine product direction and features. Our R&D department translates these concepts into 3D and 2D design drawings for client review. Upon confirmation, we can also provide 3D printed samples for further validation. Once specifications are approved, molds are produced for mass manufacturing of the final products.
